I recently passed 100 subscribers and thought it would be fun to share 100 things Iโve learned on Substack so far in health, wellness, writing, and publishing.

Regular deep diaphragmatic (belly) breathing reduces stress, improves digestion and increases your focus. Article by

There really is a community on Substack. People will interact with your writing, chat with you on DMs, and support what you do in whatever way they can. I have had ZERO bad experiences (so far!) with others on this platform.
