Yet again, my favorite partner to my Sunday morning coffee is your Sunday round up. I love how you show that breathing (and a short walk) can do wonders for the inner grumpy toddler. I have also heard that Wim Hof breathing can create a psychedelic state similar to that of taking mushrooms (without the effect of having to wait for them to metabolize before going back to “normal”) You may have achieved a level of that
I liked the Wim Hof breathing part the best, but I could certainly relate to the grumpiness when all hadn't happened on the “correct” timeliness. I'm put together a little differently, however, and a rave would have overwhelmed me really quickly. Cheers!
Thank you again for highlighting my article. I am also very mindful of politics and sharing the same. I am so tired of it already lol
Your festival adventure sounds incredible! I loved reading about your journey from grumpy toddler to festival-goer. Thanks for sharing your experiences; they really highlight how mindfulness can transform everyday moments into something extraordinary. Happy September to you :)
Thanks Neela for swinging back round. I really appreciate your thoughtful comments as ever. Hope you have a great month and keep writing those great articles.
I know it's an odd one as Scott Carney's book was so pro Wjm although initially sceptical, now very anti-hof. Not sure what to believe really. But people don't get it. There was a bloke near where I swim doing the WH breathing in the ocean- I told him about shallow drowning and the dangers. He had no idea and even seemed to think I was being too cautious. I do hope he did listen though.

Wow that must have been pretty special. He did a TV series here in the UK last year which was good

No bother yes he's cool but serious questions being asked of his innerfire organisation over the past year
